Across our four sites, we employ approx. 93 staff who maintain the stores, look after members, handle logistics, finance, HR and health and safety. Staff are exposed to opportunities such as training, periodic off-site team building activities and career progression within the company. We have received wonderful feedback from staff about their experience of working for Camgrain.

Alongside permanent staff, we also open temporary positions for Harvest employment, which is great work experience for young people. In previous years, we have seen many of our temporary Harvest staff move to permanent positions.
